Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, customs (for international orders), or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated on the product page or during a promotion (e.g., free shipping offers).
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear as carriers scan the package into their system.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only accommodate changes or cancellations before the order is processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the last tracking update.
Delays
Shipping delays can happen. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
